Our verification reports are based on physical inspection and available information at a specific point in time. IndiTrust Solutions does not guarantee the future performance, financial stability, or intentions of any verified business.
IndiTrust Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from business decisions made based on our verification reports. Clients are advised to conduct additional due diligence where necessary.
All services are provided on a paid basis unless otherwise agreed. Fees once paid are refundable after the verification process has been completed with in the stipulated time.
We maintain strict confidentiality of client data and verification findings, sharing information only with authorized parties involved in the transaction.
While we aim to provide timely services, delays may occur due to location, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances. IndiTrust Solutions is not responsible for such delays.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in case of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.
IndiTrust Solutions may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
